Women Between Arts curated by Luisa Muhr: O E / Maccabee / Chi

Saturday, August 17, 2019 at 3:30 pm to 4:45 pm

Glassbox Theater 55 West 13th Street, New York, NY 10011

Women Between Arts (WBA) is New York’s leading interdisciplinary womxn and non-binary artists series, curated by multi- and interdisciplinary artist Luisa Muhr at The New School (Arnhold Hall Glass Box Theater). The series has been created for anyone who identifies as a womxn or non-binary person and their groups/ensembles/collaborators (including people of all genders and non-binary people), who works with any combination of music, theater, dance, poetry, performance art, installation, and/or visual arts in an unconventional way. Each series features three womxn/non-binary artists and/or their groups with a 15-minute time slot per performance. There is a talk-back after the sets where audience members have the opportunity to engage with the artists.
Luisa's mission is to provide a platform for and encourage dialogue between strong, diverse womxn/non-binary artists of at least one or a combination of multiple fields to create interdisciplinary work.

No cash at door. Please buy tickets in advance via Eventbrite and

Women Between Arts is produced by FENGARI Works. The series follows the code of conduct of We Have Voice.
