Artist Talk: Sam Rolfes

The MFA Design and Technology program at Parsons presents an artist talk with Sam Rolfes, where he will discuss his work and demonstrate his processes.

Sam Rolfes is a 3-D animator and VR performer and director who explores narrative performance via fragmented animation and digital sculpture. On his own and as half of Team Rolfes, he uses virtual reality, 3-D animation, and motion-capture tools in music videos, installations, and live improvisational performance. He has collaborated with, or produced work for, Rihanna, Amnesia Scanner, Adult Swim, and the Museum of Modern Art, among others.
